I am André Radtke and I was born 25th of December 1986.
After my wonderful school days, which I completed in June 2004 with a certificate of secondary education, I started my apprenticeship in Erfurt at a 16 points Gault Millau restaurant called Zumnorde.
I completed the apprenticeship successfully in June 2007. I spend my early chef years at the Zumnorde Erfurt, Hotel Ritter in Durbach****+ 1 Michelin star and at the Pullman Hotel Erfurt ***** to name but a few.
After that I went on a cruise ship from the Aida fleet, where I improved my appointment-chef skills at the gourmet restaurant Rosini. This was a very interesting and formative time because I could let my creativity run free.
In 2012 I decided to be self-employed as a full service provider for catering and hotel businesses.
